Privacy Policy

Reliant Health Solutions is a health insurance agency based in Brooklyn, New York. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you — whether you live in New York or another state.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Pending legal review: This policy is written for production use but is pending final review by Reliant's attorney/compliance officer. It describes our practices and does not claim certification under, or full compliance with, any specific law. Provisions describing New York regulatory applicability, security safeguards, retention, and text-message programs are subject to that review.

This website is informational. You cannot buy a policy, complete an insurance application, bind coverage, make a payment, complete underwriting, or upload medical records here. Our forms are requests for information so a licensed insurance professional can follow up with you.

Anything else you voluntarily include in an email or message to us.

B. Information collected automatically

When you visit, our hosting provider and the services that deliver the site receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the page you came from, pages requested, and timestamps. Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when the page loads. We store your cookie choice in your browser. We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or session-recording tools on this website (see section 8).

3. Please do not send sensitive information

Our website forms and ordinary email are not designed for highly sensitive information. Please do not submit any of the following through website forms, resumes, or ordinary email:

  • Social Security numbers.
  • Bank account or payment card information.
  • Medical records, diagnoses, prescription information, or medical claim information.
  • Medicare identifiers.
  • Account passwords.

If a licensed professional needs this kind of information later to help with an actual insurance transaction, they will explain how to provide it through an appropriate channel.

4. How we use information

  • To respond to quote and information requests and communicate with you about them.
  • To connect you with a licensed insurance professional.
  • To identify insurance options that may be relevant based on what you tell us.
  • To review employment applications.
  • To send text messages only if you opted in to them on a form.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website, diagnose technical problems, and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • To maintain records and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Submitting a quote form does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing program. Marketing text messages are sent only if you check the separate, optional marketing text box, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Requesting information is not an insurance application

Requesting information through this website does not:

  • Constitute an insurance application or an offer of coverage.
  • Bind insurance coverage.
  • Guarantee eligibility, rates, or benefits.

If you choose to move forward with a licensed professional or an insurance carrier, additional information may be collected at that time. That information may be governed by insurance carrier privacy notices, our Financial Privacy Notice, and applicable insurance privacy laws, in addition to this policy.

6. When we share information

We may disclose information, when appropriate, to:

  • Reliant employees and licensed Reliant insurance professionals who need it to help you.
  • Insurance carriers and their representatives, where needed for a request you made.
  • Technology and service providers that support our business, including website hosting, form-delivery, email, file-storage, and customer relationship management providers.
  • Professional advisors such as auditors, attorneys, and accountants.
  • Regulators and government authorities, or others, where required by law or legal process or to protect our rights, clients, or the public.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Privacy information for New York residents

Reliant Health Solutions is located in New York. Information about New York residents may be protected by applicable New York privacy, insurance, data-security, and consumer-protection laws. We describe below how we approach these requirements; this is not a claim of certification.

Data security and breach notification

New York's SHIELD Act (General Business Law §§ 899-aa and 899-bb) addresses safeguarding private information and notifying affected individuals of certain security breaches. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect private information. If a legally reportable breach involving New York residents occurs, we will provide notifications as required by applicable law.

Insurance privacy

The New York Department of Financial Services regulates the privacy of consumer financial and health information handled by insurance licensees, including under 11 NYCRR Part 420 (Regulation 169), and the safeguarding of nonpublic customer information, including under 11 NYCRR Part 421, where applicable. We distinguish between:

  • Website visitor information — the limited information described in this policy.
  • Insurance relationship information — information collected later by Reliant or a licensed professional as part of an actual insurance transaction or customer relationship, which may receive additional protections.

This website policy does not replace any legally required insurance or financial privacy notice. Where applicable, consumers in an insurance transaction may have choices or limitations concerning disclosure of nonpublic personal financial information and protections for nonpublic personal health information. We will provide any notices, authorizations, consent mechanisms, or opt-out opportunities required for the applicable insurance relationship. See our Financial Privacy Notice.

Cybersecurity

Reliant maintains information-security and cybersecurity practices designed to satisfy applicable requirements imposed on its business, including requirements administered by the New York State Department of Financial Services, such as 23 NYCRR Part 500, where applicable. For security reasons we do not publish details of our systems or controls.

8. Cookies, tracking, and browser privacy signals

This website uses only what it needs to function, including storing your cookie choice in your browser. We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or session-recording tools. Our cookie preferences include an optional analytics setting, which is off by default; if we add analytics in the future, it will load only after you turn it on. See our Cookie Policy or use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

Some browsers and extensions transmit privacy preference signals, such as "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control. Because we do not currently run optional tracking, these signals do not change how the site behaves today. We respond to legally required signals where applicable and maintain our cookie controls as described in our Cookie Policy.

9. Your privacy requests

You can contact us to:

  • Ask for information about data associated with you, where applicable.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete information, where applicable.
  • Stop non-required communications. You can also reply STOP to any text message.
  • Ask any privacy question.

Email Info@relianthealthsolution.com or write to Reliant Health Solutions, 850 3rd Avenue, Suite 606, Brooklyn, NY 11232. Privacy rights vary by state, and New York does not currently give every consumer the same broad rights as some other states. We may need to verify your identity, and we may retain information where required for insurance, legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission for this website, restricting access to people who need the information for their work, storing uploaded resumes in access-controlled private storage, and working with service providers expected to protect the information we share with them. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected and for insurance servicing, customer support, regulatory and legal requirements, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that identify you.

12. Children

This website is intended for adults seeking insurance information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children using this website. A parent or guardian may tell us how many people, including dependents, need coverage as part of an insurance inquiry; that is different from a child using the site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party websites

Our website may link to carrier websites and other third-party pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page.
